Department of Hospitality Management Overview
Our Department of Hospitality Management provides students with a practical, management-oriented program that seek to integrate theory into daily operations. Our programs enable students to achieve a higher level of Western and Chinese cooking skills. Our core courses include professional culinary and baking training, hotel management, English and Japanese language training, interpersonal relationship, computer skill training, etc. Our department also provides with internship program in 5-stars hotels for students to learn more practical skills that needed in real working environments.
